Noise insulation is poor. from a second-floor room, music and TV sounds from the lobby could be heard. The pool is very deep with high sides making it unsafe for children, and the lack of heating means it's not suitable for swimming. The breakfast quality is inconsistent with oily options and artificial juices, while some dining items miss the mark in quality, such as the diluted ganja de frango. There were issues with added service charges complicating billing.

I had a fantastic stay with an extensive breakfast buffet and exceptional service, all while being just a short walk from key sights like the Botanical Garden and the stunning Museu Oscar Niemeyer.
